There was a pretty lady carrying an egg sack that I watched for a bit this morning. I was able to get a pretty good picture of her sitting on one of the lilies in our fish pond!

On top of that, I don't know how to exist without the severe mental illnesses that haunted my teen years. I'm not really sure what to do with myself now that I'm not having to Constantly micromanage physical and mental health symptoms at All Times

I'm still disabled to be perfectly clear, I just finally have access to the self maintenance and treatment that I never had as a kid. But I don't really know what to DO with that. I don't know how to exist as a person that isn't obviously sick. I don't know how to live without constant health flares
