There's a client I take care of for my job. He's wheelchair bound. One day he got up off the couch he sleeps in and rolled to the kitchen stove. He lit up a cigarette with the stove (smoking indoors is banned). Then he rolled back to his couch and turned on an AI video.

Here it is. A new post about some Halloween fun. There’s dancing, there’s booze, there’s young people just generally having a Good Time. Young pups these days need to learn how to have a Good Time… or else.

"Communist Singularity. Everyone becomes autistic and sterile but also very proactive and transparent.

'I LOVE Reality!' shouted Johnny, who hugged Suzy, his work partner. 'I LOVE Reality too John!' shouted Suzy in turn. They were ready to work on the Bridge."

The problem of The Last Psychologist: how does one communicate the gospel to college overeducated millennials who think primarily in solipsistic therapy-speak?

"Yes dear, I hate existentialism! I want to run away from myself! I want to run into your arms!"

I was able to check out Beau is Afraid last week at my local library. I‘ve checked out books like Naked Lunch and A Clockwork Orange there. I vote there. I don’t see many people, young people especially, taking advantage of these services. It’s really sad.
Libraries still exist ... for now

I just watched Minority Report. A sci-fi classic. Very prescient tech. Fun action scenes. Twists and turns of the plot. John (Tom) runs away.

Something about the film that really interested me was the lighting. It changes throughout the film. This greatly impacted how I interpreted the film.

"I must tell you again! Metaphysical Truth is not an esoteric thing! The means to finding it can be made accessible with common Language. Arriving at it need not be more difficult than reading and understanding a good novel."

Here is my second poem. I wrote it after watching Darren Aronofsky’s “Caught Stealing”, when I was thrown into a state of restless agitation. The poem doesn’t fully repeat the film’s symbolic logic but nevertheless makes use of some of its vocabulary.

Last week I watched Darren Aronofsky's "Caught Stealing". The only Aronofsky film I had watched previously was his "Noah" as a bored teen. I was told this was his most normal film. That is wrong. This is NOT a normal (action thriller) film.

If you can not see it,
You think it’s not there.
It doesn’t work that way!”

So I figured out the name of the lead singer for Passion Pit is Michael Angelakos. It will be a crime to have a name that beautiful. 20 years or so.

For many being presented with contradictory or at least conflicting information in a document doesn’t bother them, because they don’t read it. But some of us do!

I went to a few Turning Point USA club meetings in undergrad just to see what was up. I hoped they'd allow some ideological descension, for they advertised that they supported free speech. One guy who went to these meetings was a black communist, and they allowed him in.
