Plus gender ideology as it is viewed now can be very harmful to autistic kids like I was. Had I grown up in the 2010s rage then the 90s with how liberal and willing to trust the doctors my parents were I can EASILY see myself having been a DEtransitioned person by 25.

The fact that uneducated fools like you turned basic biology into a left/right, liberal/conservative talking point is a huge part of the reason assholes like Trump were able to win so easily. The alienation of leftist voters by their own parties for simply having a basic understanding of biology.

I've been a l leftist Democrat my entire life. I've voted for the green party in the states in every election since 2000. Was raised by far left hippies that marched in the free speech rallies on the campus of Berkeley in the 60s.

First off, FUCK YOU for using the hateful Q slur. If you knew anything you'd know it wasn't even LGB at the time of Stonewall, it was still the GLF, the Gay Liberation Front, the acronym LBG didn't really start appearing until the 80s.

As it makes it appear as if sexuality is also a choice. Gender spits in the face of the core of the gay rights movement, that sexuality is innate, cannot be changed, and is 100% solely based on BIOLOGICAL SEX. FFS it wasn't even LGB until the 80s, it was the GLF, the Gay Liberation Front.

They are 2 completely different things. Also as a gay man with autism I completely disagree with the concept of GAC, especially for minors. The rise of detransitioners can back me up on that. Adding "chosen gender identity" to the definition of conversion therapy is EXTREMELY HOMOPHOBIC.

I've felt this way about autism since I was diagnosed. As do many other autistics I know. Would say that my friend Christy that her wishing for her 40 year old non verbal autistic son to be able to enjoy a more fulfilling life is a bad person?

Trying to force new standards, that provided zero value other than profit, like the lightning connector, is "digital fascism".
