When Indiana became the first state to pass a near-total abortion ban in 2022, All-Options stood strong, continuing to offer financial, travel, and emotional support for Hoosiers and the clinics serving them.

On June 18th, the Supreme Court allowed Tennessee to ban gender affirming care for youth. To trans youth: your true selves and existence are beyond the court's reach. Your fight to live authentically is sacred, and we stand with you. To adults: The state was never on our side. We have work to do.

On May 30th, we mourned Étienne-Émile Baulieu, the pioneer of mifepristone, which revolutionized abortion by making it possible to receive care in the privacy of one's own home, reducing barriers to care. We honor his dedication to scientific, bodily autonomy, and accessible abortion for all. 🌹❤️🩹
