The position will begin in fall 2026.The faculty member will join the James H. Binger Center for New Americans (BCNA), a comprehensive immigration and human rights law center housed within the University of Minnesota Law Clinics. Its unique collaborative model, designed in partnership with leading local law firms and nonprofit organizations working with immigrant populations, makes the Binger Center a bulwark of immigration advocacy and litigation in Minnesota and around the country.
