My wife, having moved here from El Paso, liked them. And misses them…

I didn’t like the Alexisonfire cover of Fully Completely until I listened to the four song album a few times. It grew on me. Dallas Green released another solo last Friday. Lullaby versions covering his own music. I want to say skip it, but I will likely use it for insomniac nights.

You did this knowing everyone would pile on you, siding with your wife, so that you could shortly win some brownie points with her when you show her the bullet you took to earn her props, right?

I thought the EXACT same thing, lol

Speeds on your bicycle? More isn’t always better. Although to be fair, it was pretty amazing to go from 12 to 20 back in the day. Depending on conditions though, moving from 20 (2x) to 12 (1x) was pretty awesome too. I guess all gears are good.

I saw last night a new one is going in where The Abbey was?

You know what downtown needs? Another coffee shop.

We adopted a 6lb Pomeranian chihuahua that required the welding glove treatment, but she has since graduated to the we-will-just-handle-you-carefully-and-hope-we-don’t-get-bitten category.

Motivation? It somehow all circles back to the WH?

Yes, but they need to make record profits so they can install more barriers and gates to stop the thieves from stealing from them. Oh wait, record profits would be in spite of extra security costs….

* Improvement including less billionaires in a city with the country’s highest child poverty rate.

Crossing the floor is a short trip these days when the Liberals are the true Conservatives.

Starving children are easier to take advantage of.

A genuine Christian wouldn’t be using GoT references because they wouldn’t have watched a show with that much sin in it.

It’s a pretty short move under the current government.

Is that where you went to uni? Don’t know about this place specifically, but most of my nostalgic stops end up like this….

2024 or 1922? We watched the latter at the Playhouse accompanied by the the NB symphony a couple of weekends ago. It was a fun night (although admittedly, having seen the 2024 version probably made the story easier to follow).

I had this debate with someone tonight who thinks Ford was wrong to run the ad. I’m at the point of thinking it’s ok if the US was to stifle their own free speech, but censoring us is unacceptable…and if additional tariffs weren’t for this it would have been something else.

I never go anywhere without taking a book, just in case of down time. Turns out, most of my reading (and I’m an avid reader) is performative? I hope you told this person they don’t need to air *all* of their ignorant opinions.

Just goes to show they love all criminals indiscriminately.

This was on my TBR, but then I heard a lot of mixed reviews so delayed it.
