I guess that's a lesson you learn through experience. If it feels safe, checking on another person is always the right thing to do.

Shoutout to the couple who noticed, asked whether I needed help, helped me stand up and walk to the seating area and got me a soda. Really grateful for that help, I really was not able to get up on my own, too dizzy and shaking.
