Started reading “Butter: A Novel of Food and Murder” by Asako Yuzuki (trans. by Polly Barton) and made the first food item of just cooked rice, soy sauce, cold salted butter. Her description of the sensation of “falling” upon eating is accurate, but it is *rich*. Worth a try, don’t make it a habit 😂

The Cure Aqua Gel, 10+ years consistently. It was my first peeling gel and the product that made me realize that my skin needs help removing dead skin *often* if I want products to work. I’ve tried other peeling gels and they don’t hold up. My oily-skinned friends don’t get my love for it though 🥲

I’ve tried other fullerene serums and settled on KisoCare, though it’s not the easiest to get. The deeper color suggests it may have a higher concentration of Radical Sponge fullerene than others like Tunemakers. Again, no guarantees about anything, I’m trusting they haven’t added coloring 🤷🏻♀️
