When I received a message which was basically: “I talked to X about topics A, B and C”, “I talked to X” is at least as important as what was discussed. But Apple summarizes it as “Topics A, B and C” and ignores the first part.

Maybe more accurately, it flattens a human interaction — person A says something, then person B, then A again — and treats that as one block of text.

So you end up with a “summary” of the “big topics” the message refers to… which are not the point of a message.
