The company i work for just closed health evemfiy enrollment period 2 days ago.
Cyber security thought it was a good idea to test vigilance and sent out a phishing test with the headline "you have not completed your benefits submission" today.

I've said it once and I'll say it a thousand times. Self reviewing yourself for your company is such a dumb way to offload work while not realize you're giving the employee a quick out for exceeding role responsibilities.
