Amazing experience watching these Tibetan monks create a sand mandala. After a week of laying down colored sand in such intricate detail, the masterpiece is complete. It is followed by a ceremony of destruction. Buddhists believe in letting go, no attachments to material things.

I still like my little penny table, years later. The top was ruined but I liked its size and the pedestal so I covered the top by gluing pennies to it.
