OE may be a suppressor line. Did you check the protein expression in OE line? The issue is with the CRISPR line. If the transcript and protein levels are not altered then the phenotype may not be linked to this particular gene. Did you check the off targets?

Interesting. Does the deletion result in frame shift? What is the level of OE?
