For me, research and academic study are not separate from worship or discipleship. I’m looking forward to working with research students who are studying for their own formation and to benefit their communities. A significant proportion of my research students are juggling various competing ministry, family, study and work commitments. I also have experience in supervising and supporting students with neurodivergence and/or mental health issues. I have therefore built up strategies and practices to best help a wide range of students with their studies.'
