He has made himself irrelevant. Maybe a group of psychiatrists should ask to be added as amici to every case going to the Supreme Court that requires the court to decide whether to defer to the President based on facts. If they keep ignoring the lower courts watch for a rupture.

If this was anyone else his threats would lead to a 3 day mental health hold. There's a good chance he wouldn't meet the criteria for financial or personal capacity. Too bad there is nothing to remove his power to launch a war, the nuclear arsenal
