My Ferritin is elevated by 40 points, so that's not too terribly high. Negative ANA. But always running a 99.5-100 temp on REALLY bad pain days as well. And I cannot find remote work to save my ass. Any guidance or advice going forward is welcome. I'm struggling.

This has begun to decline. I have been looking for answers for 2.5 years. I had a hysterectomy in 2023. This removed an 8.5lb 22+cm fibroid from me that I carried for 6.5 years. Why none of my care team has bothered to look at musculoskeletal issues is beyond me.
