One of the things I like about Spotify is that I can see where my songs are being played. This week, Gate Gate, (from the Buddhist Heart Sutra), which features Joshua S. Levin on tablas and mouth harp hit 100 plays in Ukraine.

Don’t peel banana. Cut off top & bottom; discard, then slice into 2 inch chunks. Cut off top & bottom of vanilla bean; chop. Snap star anise flowers into 3 parts. First 5 items go in medium pan, bring to boil; cover, simmer 10 mins
Strain; add cashew milk.
Stir & enjoy
