There should be no fulfillment facilities or truck stops or data centers. The city needs to be clear on this we want a vibrant riverfront not more industrial wasteland. Rather have the land sit vacant lot for 20 more years than any of that.

I grew up with hunters and ranches( im not conservative btw) it doesn't make anyone violent. Seeing dead animals and hunting its far normal than you think. Especially if you lived anywhere out side of the major cities on the coast.
