Jumping in but Galleria d'Italia and Museo Capodimonte are gorgeous and Museo archeologico di Stabiae Libero D’Orsi is fab for Roman arch if you can get to Castellammare and don't mind hills! Also Cumae ofc. Castello Aragonese di Baia Napoli was also highly recommended to me but I didn't make it!
