Money needs to be taken out of politics and news media. If the main source of revenue for news outlets is not the reader, it shouldn't be trusted.

As long as ads are clearly marked, and are not a hassle, like they are on YouTube. I don't mind ads. The company has to pay for servers and workers somehow.

Initially,I thought the boat ride would only be a short event and Trees would escape, but in typical Sanderson fashion, the journey is much of the destination. Then I got swept up by the intrigue of Crow and didn't stop until it was over.

Sanderson went wild with spore science. I really liked the midnight spores being the opposite of Ophiocordyceps which take over the brains of ants. Here the ants take over them with a water trade. Magical.
