Coffee to expensive? Douwe Egberts doesn't deliver to Dutch supermarkets anymore since they do not agree about the price. What is wrong with paying a true price? Colonialism is still here in this western world

Feeling so grateful just sitting behind my window, watching the birds in my tiny garden, although I am about to sell the place. Moving to a tiny appartment this summer, making life more easy. My husbands Parkinson is not going to be better.

This week my cat looked very poorly, no clear diagnosis at the vet. I sat with her singing Amida mantra, it calmed me (and her, it seemed). With medication she started eating a bit. I know I have to let her go someday....

Ik ben nieuw hier. Mij valt op dat veel feeds toch weer gaan over al die onderbuik-content elders. Kunnen we niet gewoon eigen ideeën en creaties de voorkeur geven?

Terwijl de media - oude en nieuwe - volop berichten over dreiging van oorlog zou het zomaar kunnen zijn dat Poetin als bliksemafleider werkt: als de techmiljardairs doorstoten is een oorlog meer of minder niet van belang. En wellicht beleggen zij hun miljarden in de wapenindustrie. Ach.
