i didn't really migrate as such because i wasn't part of a swiftie community before. it was at a point where i had moved city and suddenly didn't have many people to talk to, and taylor swift was a bigger part of my life than ever before and i was getting really sad that i didn't have anyone in the world to yap about her with, when i saw the migration happening from afar and thought maybe i'll tag along. i hadn't made a fan account before (at least not for like, a decade) and ngl thought i probably wouldn't stick with it. what i didn't see coming was how lovely everyone would be. like literally as soon as i joined people were going out of their way to introduce themselves to me and include me in stuff without me even asking? this new website may have looked like twitter but it wasn't about projecting an image to the world and trying to make your follower count go up, it was about genuinely creating friendships, community, girlhood. and now i don't just have people to yap about taylor swift with but i have the most caring and beautiful and wholesome friends in the world. and i finally get to be what i was always destined to be: a hag fag. love you all to the moon and to saturn ✨🦋

for two. A regal Landes chicken is slowly roasted in the wood-fired oven with copious amounts of duck fat and butter until perfectly blistered and bronzed, the flesh tender, juicy, gamey. Served over two courses with towering stacks of hot pommes alumettes and toasted buttered baguette, it is truly one of the world's great dishes. NB 32 Rue du Vertbois, 75003 a quarter of a chicken (the rest was yet to come!) on a plate in its juices, alongside another plate with a tower of toasted baguette. more chicken, with a plate of thin crispy chips and two wine glasses

i have managed to take more incredible pictures in one day than i can possibly post here but suffice to say i had a truly truly wonderful day celebrating 10 years with the loml. paris never disappoints 💘
