**Steps for MAIL- IN ballots:
1. On the first page of the ballot, mark an X in the box that says A Better Contract. Use blue or black ink only. Do not write your name on the ballot. Do not write anything… even comments on the ballot other than the X in the box for ABC or risk it being invalidated

2. Remove
/ tear off the first page of the ballot, and then place that page in the Secrecy Sleeve.
3. Place the Secrecy Sleeve inside the Return Envelope
4. Deposit the Return Envelope at a local USPS mailbox or at a local US Post Office.
