You’re the first house campaign I’ve ever donated to, the first campaign I’ve ever done reoccurring donations to BECAUSE you do mutual aid.

1. It tells me your core values and that you are willing to actually show up before you get the job

2. If you don’t win, people still are helped.

Win win

Hey I’d love to be a part of this, are there more events coming up?

Does he even have a trigger guard installed? If not he’s totally going to ND someone

I DuckDuckGo them and immediately your article pops up! Good choice!

Alright dude, I guess we disagree. I like to lead with a bit of empathy but you do you.

I can’t tell the future, 10 yrs ago I wouldn’t have guessed we’d elect a fascist, reproductive and queer rights would get destroyed, or any of the other awful things that are happening right now. But here we are

It’s an irrational fear in retrospect, but it felt extremely real on 9/12. Most likely nothing will happen with the current situation, but who knows because *points at everything*.

What I’m saying is it’s ok to listen to young boys fears instead of diminishing them and telling them to suck it up.
June 23, 2025 at 2:14 PM
Im not saying it’s rational, as a 15 year old it was scary.
June 23, 2025 at 12:14 PM
My dad had a draft number for Vietnam, my mom had brothers who had numbers. It all happened within living memory. We live in insane times where things manage to keep getting worse, I don’t doubt there are a lot of young guys who are scared now.
June 23, 2025 at 12:47 AM
I’m glad you actually take this seriously unlike half the “dur hur, that’s what they get” people in the replies. I was a HS sophomore during 9/11 and was terrified. In the state I lived in, you couldn’t go to college, get loans, or (if I remember right) have a drivers license unless you signed up.

You can pry the filthy CTA from my cold dead fingers
June 21, 2025 at 12:02 AM
I disagree but that’s ok, have a good one
June 16, 2025 at 8:32 PM
Of it dismissed. Instead of being defensive, it’s a learning moment “oh maybe that’s actually a harmful stereotype to be expressing”
June 15, 2025 at 3:10 PM
Ok ok let’s make this into a positive encounter. You’re right, nobody is perfect, I fuck up, you fuck up, we all do. It’s in how we handle it where we grow and build a better community. I was being snarky earlier because this is the Nth thousand time I’ve heard these “jokes” only have the severity…
June 15, 2025 at 3:09 PM
Guess not
June 15, 2025 at 2:22 PM
You a queer man who can make that call?
June 15, 2025 at 2:14 PM
So it’s a homophobic joke then?
June 15, 2025 at 2:08 PM
As a former Kansas Citian, I’m well aware of the cluster fuck of a city being on the state line. Sioux City gets it 3x
June 15, 2025 at 1:41 AM
Ha no worries, it happens. Technically Sioux City exists in 3 states but primarily in Iowa.
June 15, 2025 at 1:08 AM
To me these pictures remind me that the SD I grew up in still exists. Growing up, even if you were conservative you had fierce pride in your local community and schools and weren’t afraid of raising taxes to help your community. That seems to have gotten corrupted lately but I guess not completely.
June 14, 2025 at 8:48 PM
Na those pics are from Sioux Falls now that I look closer, probably on Minnesota Ave
June 14, 2025 at 7:51 PM
If there was a huge turnout in north Sioux I’d be impressed. I’m guessing they meant Iowa?
June 14, 2025 at 7:49 PM
Of course he’s a Sig guy
