I’m used to using DPNs to knit top-down socks but this is my first try at using Addi CrasyTrio flexible DPNs.
I like.
Stitches split across 2 needles, using the third to knit onto etc.
Pattern is by Winwick Mum, yarn is Opal Black Dragon 4 ply

The weather has cooled considerably and, despite one finger being a wee b*st*rd, I am having the loveliest day playing with fabrics, sitting at the sewing machine with all the doors and windows open.

SE England, yesterday - tho it did cool down a bit once I got going.

It was a tad warm here yesterday, especially in my car.
Cooled down to a mere 33° after a couple of miles, thank goodness.
Feels just as hot today but I don’t have to go out.
It’s over 27° indoors but the fan does help. A bit.

It can be a bit of a fouter, dealing with the unused strands - and needs care that nothing gets pulled tight - else you end up like that teacosy we all made in P7.

Haven’t got round to blocking it yet but I really enjoyed doing my first piece of stranded work in a long time.
And my hands were really sore, thanks to ongoing RFA flare, so it was slow-going, and the tension isn’t brilliant, but it makes me happy.
