Things are moving quickly, a credit to Judge Xinis. Seems like this was basically what the Supreme Court was getting at--a district court judge doesn't have the authority to tell the government how to go about getting him home, but she can order them to do it and demand a plan and progress reports.

Over 100 ICE agents spent 5 hrs in Chicago last week, arresting only 2.
In Denver & Aurora, CO, over 400 agents were dispatched for migrant violence linked to Tren de Aragua. After knocking on hundreds of doors, only 1 member was arrested. (NYP, ABC News)
