You found some trees?!

For those who are parents, living away from their support systems of additional child care (extended family, close friends), are we expecting them to work full time and then to spend more time away from their children? Do we not want them to have time to look after their own children?

People working in the shortage area of Health and Social Care, will often be working shifts, nights and weekends, each week being different from another week. This makes it very difficult to volunteer on a regular basis.
