I think I read somewhere that congress doesn’t have standing do they can’t sue. But they should be working to find people with standing. And align with Dem governors (who would have standing as well)

If it was a state crime, only a governor can pardon her. Unfortunately it looks like gubernatorial pardons, at least in Wisconsin, have more restrictions than presidential pardons. It’s such a heartbreaking case
