Sunday Supper turned out great.
Given the current news/climate we've been trying to embrace the SLOW (Sustainable Local Organic Wholesome) lifestyle - where possible/applicable.
Tonight we had locally, pasture raised/fed Tri-tip (beef) - Santa Maria style.
