So, I got these when I started looking to lose weight, and I've gone from 352 to 318 (my lowest was 314) in 4 months.

I want to point out, I have 2 jobs that keep me on my feet and walking for basically 15 hours a day, 5 days a way. Their effectiveness isnt 100% but I know they have helped.

Im very embarrassed by it, even though I know there isnt any reason for to be.
