In one of the shops in the central bazaar of Osh city. The owner of the shop that sells headscarves glued the mannequins’ eyes with the pieces of paper.
It is funny and disturbing at the same time.
Does Islam prohibit displaying eyes? I do not think so. Is it radical? Yes!
