I think AIM-120 AMRAAM and AIM-9 Sidewinder on the outer pylons and external fuel tanks in the middle. Can't make out the load-out on the pylons in between, but based on this I would say air-policing against Russian drones and missiles. I'm not an expert, so take it with a grain of salt.
