HIV-infected cells wear a sialic-acid “sugar cloak” that engages Siglecs to evade innate immune surveillance. In our paper, we used HIV-targeted antibody–sialidase conjugates to remove that coat and boost immune clearance . #HIV #glycotime @immunology-nu.bsky.social
