On 25 Feb, Somaliland’s Togdheer Governor, Mohamud Ramaax, ordered the detention of three local journalists in Burao: Said Ali Osman, Ayanle Ige, & Abdiasis Saleban. Said was detained after interviewing Governor Ramaax on the same day and asking about his relationship with local militias.
