Even if 75% of Americans supported it, an invasion would be completely illegal, unconstitutional & a huge war crime. It would be an open invitation to China to take Taiwan.

Yeah, crucially the person who submitted the declaration was questioned under oath and said that he was told what to write in the declaration by a State Department official, and that he had no personal knowledge himself.
The guy who dictated the contents of that declaration, but avoided signing it himself, should be called into court to explain why he provided what appears to be false information to the court.
The Trump admin submitted a sworn declaration under oath that Costa Rica had changed its mind and would no longer take Mr. Abrego.

Costa Rica has now said publicly that that this is false, that they have not changed their position at all, and that they will still take him.

May I kindly recommend some kind of break away lanyard if you are going to wear the whistle around your neck. Don’t want to get pulled down by the lanyard.

I used to ref basketball games, and if you can afford one, a FOX40 whistle is the way to go. They are extremely loud, and the harder you blow the louder they get.

I’m telling you, if you want to tap into whistle expertise, hang out in the soccer ref forums. I’ve got whistles that’ll stop 12-year-old boys in their tracks instantly!

I have personal experience with this problem.
Fascinating read on how a suspicious pitch highlighted a growing problem in freelance journalism: A flood of generative AI that even prestige publications don't catch, complete with fabricated quotes, from scammers who see opportunity in a field so many real humans are struggling to survive in.
Investigating a Possible Scammer in Journalism’s AI Era | The Local
A suspicious pitch from a freelancer led editor Nicholas Hune-Brown to dig into their past work. By the end, four publications, including The Guardian and Dwell, had removed articles from their sites.
