I love blueberries and cornbread. I just make my regular cornbread and add blueberries plus a little more sugar. It is delicious.

Start with mixing the big batch, I use splet, keeps well in the fridge. The scones bake at 375 20 to 25 min, mix wet together, then with the dry just till it holds together, turn out on floured surface, form into circle and slice across to make 8 wedges. Pancakes are easy once you have the mix.
