A bright spot in the midst of all the negativity this week: the geese are heading north (to Canada, where many of us wish we could go right now, coincidentally), and spring is definitely in the air in NEPA!!

This sign makes me smile every time I pass it, even if it’s a little bittersweet right now…

Our Christmas tree ❤️ It may not rival the ones you see in magazines, but nearly every ornament has a special place in my heart. Gifts from my students over 24 years of teaching 6th grade, gifts from my Aunt Pat who passed away in 2023, souvenirs from vacations we’ve taken,…so many memories!

This is Oliver. He has really bad allergies, so he spends most days wearing a donut to avoid scratching/licking/chewing. We switch up his donut wardrobe to keep it interesting. Today’s addition is definitely my favorite! Yeehaw!

Please send some good vibes to our boy, Larry. He’s been at the emergency vet all day with some sort of stomach/pylorus blockage. Ultrasound up next. He’s such a sweet boy. I just want him to feel better. ❤️
