Most, but not all, of my recent reads are indie books. I love finding an author I vibe with and reading everything they’ve written, too.

I think this is more a flaw of coding not being able to distinguish that you aren’t starting a new sentence after a period. There should be a separate punctuation mark in word processors for initials or abbreviations, imho.
