A little bit of 2024.....
It's been a year full of amazing people and incredible field trips. I'm very lucky to be working on some great projects with the best team.
But it's also been a year of a lot of rejection for grants, awards and other things. It sucks but that's life!

A year on from cyclone Jasper we are sharing some of our findings from surveys of the intertidal coastal habitats from Cairns to Cooktown.
The record breaking floods caused extensive damage to mangroves. We didn't see any live corals on the fringing reefs at all, they were still smothered in mud
