You should see if your public library lends ebooks. Here in America a lot of public libs use the Libby platform for lending and reading. I save a lot of money on ebooks and eAudioBooks by borrowing from the library😄

My family and I sit around the table after dinner and read. Now we are just about through reading Crystal Wilkinson’s Praisesong for the Kitchen Ghosts. Wow, what a treat! We had Biscuits and Blackberry Soup tonight for dessert and oh my, it was good, as is her wonderful book!
