I think SCOTUS may rue the day they overturned Chevron Deference after every single decision of the Trump Administration’s departments and agencies are challenged in court.

We still have laws. We still have civil courts. Courts can still rule against official acts of the President. Decisions of the administration can still be reviewed (with Trump coming back in, the end of Chevron Deference may actually end up being a good thing!). That’s all. Thanks for reading.
