Got absolutely DROPKICKED by my therapist today when she pointed out “you don’t know how to be happy anymore w/o a side of panic bc the last time you were happy you were actually ignoring a ton of red flags and wound up nearly homeless, jobless, friends gone, your brain doesn’t trust happy anymore”
