I think it's probably due to the lack of number-to-string conversion in our JavaScript Tracking Client. Some of the dataLayers can contain fields with different data types, such as SKU. We'll address this issue, as I understand how frustrating it can be.

Did you check the tracker debugger? I usually see orders being rejected (broken events) because the data types are incompatible with Piwik PRO's API.
