Not qual for CL has been a catastrophe for Villa financially and mentality wise. Club can’t refresh the team and brings onto the pitch festering off field issues. So we have a situation where Villa sells JJ who prob wanted to stay and have an incoherent team on the pitch. #AVFC

I believe that there’s a PSR for UEFA too but with much lower allowable losses. Happy days.
What’s very difficult is managing the PL’s PSR rules and UEFA’s SCR, as one is based on losses and the other on costs as a % of revenue. So, Villa sells Dougie for PSR reasons and Diaby for SCR reasons. Miserable!
