I looked at the coffee culture of Korea. Usually South Koreans drink 12 cups of coffee per week. Their main city has around 18000 coffee and also Seoul has more Starbucks than any other cities of Korea. Generally, I am not a fan of coffee. I am not addicted to coffee like other Koreans.

So in my opinion,one approach can be to expand mental health services in schools and communities with trained persons who are accessible and approachable. It can normalize mental health of people which in turn lead to reduce stigma.
