Yes same- one of my examples was “are you going into labor and can’t find anyone to watch toddler? That is text content please reach out to me- need feedback on how to structure your results or a question about data collection? That’s an email! Please email me that.

I give my advisees my number once they begin their diss- and I go over what is appropriate text content vs email.
