I am pretty sure the multiverse stuff in the flash was known since at least 2019

But no way home and the flash feels like a stretch
Especially since the comparisons are extremely surface level
like you could make a better argument for multiverse of madness

I mean Fuyuhiko and Mondo both have backstories that are kind of like that

The more I wished the developers just waited until the game was fully finished and then released the full game. Sure it would take until like 2030 but I feel like these kind of games don’t really work the best with large breaks in between chapters.

I will say one thing I found off is how the chapter felt like it ended abruptly. And overall it feels like Damon hasn’t gone through any development if anything it seems as though he’s regressed. But I do get that that’s probably the point. Honestly the more I think about it-

As for the mystery itself. I liked it enough, the victim being Wolfgang was surprising at first but in hindsight it was kinda the most obvious choice. And Eva being the killer was also kinda obvious, it’s not bad or anything I just hope things get more creative in the next chapter

I was surprised when people struggled with the bullet hell mini game at the end of the trial, maybe it’s because of The End in sonic frontiers but I found it pretty easy.

I think gameplay wise it’s great, captures the feel of Danganronpa perfectly to the point where you could just consider this Danganronpa 4.
Gameplay during the trials is also great, although the rebuttal showdown didn’t feel the greatest but other than that it’s competently made

Overall I enjoyed it.
Personally I wouldn’t say it’s the best thing ever like a lot of people are, but that’s probably because it’s only 1 chapter, so any parts that feel underdeveloped or don’t make sense will probably be explained in the next chapter.
