I redesigned my friends e-com site back in October. Got him on Shopify & wanted to get him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews (he had ZERO in 10 years!)
Now he has over 140 5-star reviews across 20 products. Set-up auto review requests post purchase & he's including hand notes. Now averaging 15 new reviews a month.

Google is returning "Chat" to GBP, but this time it's using SMS or WhatsApp directly instead of it's past (failures) messaging products (many). Still rolling out, but you can enable in your Contact tab in GBP and it displays on your mobile profile.

These are the fake “live chat” solutions I think really suck. I had just one question on a SUV for sale. ☝️
The bot transfers me, the sales person (likely answering service) can’t help. They only want to capture your info, not help. Can’t answer ONE basic question. 🤬 Terrible customer experience.
