I finally decided to see an orthopedic sports medicine expert for my shoulder. Good news: no damage or wear on the bones or joint Bad news: Some calcification on the biceps tendon. Can be treated though- first, going to try more anti- inflamms and continuing exercises.
I missed all the great Fall biking weather last year on my eye surgeon's orders to recover from emergency retina surgery. Lord willing, I'm working on 100 miles a month till snow flies. That's not much- I know guys who do 5.

No rest for the wicked ( or anybody else with 3 jobs). Finished late seminar tonight. Going to go get some cheddar/chicken/ rice casserole Suzie made, take 1000 mg of extra strength tylenol, 800 mg ibuprofen and go to bed.

I wore my pink tie tonight for class to honor breast cancer awareness. I just realized I totally forgot about it in October because I was busy getting my eyeball sewn back together. Anyway, I like to do something every year to honor my Mom who beat breast cancer 2x. Love ya Mom.💞
