The story of Gaitook on White Lotus is so relevant to our culture today. You can have your success and all that comes with it, you just have to give up on your core moral beliefs to get it.

Boy Jaelynn Withers has made some real dumb plays late in big games. The awful 3 against Alabama in the tourney last year. And now a lane violation on the game tying free throw. Woof #unc

New England Patriots look like they now own the number one pick thanks to New York Giants win today. Really looking forward to the Bills resting all their starters next week and the Pats screwing themselves over with a week 18 meaningless win.

“They needed that one” says Boston pundit. #patriots

Does the ESPN broadcast of Celtics 76ers only have one functioning camera? I’ve been watching for a while now and it’s just the wide shot no hero shots, crowd shots, or any color at all. Very bizarre.

As someone who flies drones and teaches about them I’ve said for years it’s kind of the Wild Wild West. Lots of laws and regulations but no one to actually enforce them.

Sure feels like all the weird drone happenings the last couple of days is gonna change that in a hurry.

Maybe the Patriots will have an opening this offseason???
SOURCE: Eric Bieniemy is out as UCLA's offensive coordinator. The former Chiefs and Commanders OC spent one season with the Bruins. @rossdellenger.bsky.social first reported the move.

This is absolutely absurd. Imagine waking up MID FREAKING SURGERY because you didn't have the right insurance plan.

Or waking up and getting a bill for thousands of dollars because your surgery took an extra 15 minutes and they needed more anesthesia

Private health care keeps getting worse.

This is fascinating. I’m very curious to see how the shot meter will function.

For a variety reasons, you might feel starved for good news. Well, in just the last 6 months, federal agencies have reported

- fentanyl deaths and overall drug overdose deaths declined
- homicide rates declined
- US longevity finally went up for the first time since the pandemic
- obesity declined

Yep.
By pardoning his son, President Joe Biden has made a blunder that will deprive Democrats of an important argument heading into the chaos of the next Trump administration, @radiofreetom.bsky.social writes in The Atlantic Daily.
The Hunter Biden Pardon Is a Strategic Mistake
The blunder will haunt Democrats during the next Trump administration.

It can both be true that Joe Biden pardoning Hunter is 100% wrong and that if you’re a Trump supporter you long ago lost your leg to stand on as it relates to ethics and norms in any reasonable sense.

I would not be who or where I am today without Stephen King's radio stations. They gave me my start in broadcasting so many years ago, and he was one of the best bosses I've ever had. This is sad, sad news for Bangor and beyond.

Millions will lift this up as some sort of vindication that the charges were politically motivated. They were not. He did what he did. We all witnessed it. To suggest otherwise is to ignore reality. The DOJ just doesn’t charge sitting presidents, for good reason. They stand by the charges otherwise.

If we are living in a simulation, which is certainly a possibility, it officially broke at the end of this Commanders Cowboys game. What is happening? #commanders #cowboys

Only took 5 days for #Bruins coach Jim Montgomery to have a new gig. He’s headed to coach the St. Louis Blues after they fired their head coach. #nhl

I’m living proof of this. Was well over 300 pounds at one point. My doctor put me on Lisinopril for my blood pressure at 27 and I hated the idea of taking meds the rest of my life. Started making many of these changes and I’ve lost over 100 pounds and only needed the meds for 6 months.
For most people, a high protein diet with some quality carbs and fats, limited snacking, 10,000 steps a day, and 3-4 one-hour resistance workouts a week would provide extraordinary returns. Most people would have no need for a medical intervention with those consistent inputs.

At the gym today and saw a guy staring at the TV with Fox News on it for a good 5-10 minutes nodding and actively pumping his fist at the screen.

The problem? That particular channel has been frozen on the same screen since I was at the gym on Tuesday….

This show and PTI were must watch for me in high school on non game nights, and a large reason I got into sports broadcasting. Haven’t watched in a long time but very sad to see it go. dlvr.it/TGHymzno
