Amazing visit this week to the #Smithsonian Museum of the American Indian. Many facets of representation, from the authentic to the plastic. Standing by to see how the museum, um, “evolves” over the next four years.

Everybody had a good laugh. I re-shared the same content this week to the same group. Most folks found them funny, but a VERY vocal minority, presumably conservatives, were outraged. Got some angry replies. The culture of snowflakes being angered by online content definitely runs both ways.

Funny how cultural context changes how we perceive media. In 2023, before Musk entered politics and went full fascist, I created these memes of real Musk quotes being uttered by the obnoxious super-scientist Rusty Venture from the cartoon series The Venture Bros, and shared them to a VB FB group.
